- Hecate Tarot’s readings are for entertainment, spiritual and inspirational purposes only; no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. Clients are solely responsible for their own life choices, and Hecate Tarot will not be held accountable for any interpretations, decisions or actions taken by clients based on information provided during readings. Readings should not substitute any financial, legal, medical and/or psychological advice given to you by any qualified professional in those fields.
- Hecate Tarot treats all her clients with deep empathy and the utmost respect, and expects to be treated courteously at all times. Hecate Tarot reserves the right to end the reading in the case of any rude or inappropriate behaviour.
- Please kindly note that mobile phones and any electronic equipment need to be on silent before the reading/workshop/course/coaching session starts. Hecate Tarot will remind you and ask you to do so. Recordings are permitted with prior consent.
- Please note that Kyera does not usually conduct ‘pay/read on the same day’ consultations. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to go through before your chosen reading day. Payments are taken through secure SumUp or PayPal links. For virtual and face-to-face readings, the first 5 minutes of the reading is considered to be a “grace period” for both yourself and Hecate Tarot. You are entitled to stop the reading within the first 5 minutes if you feel the connection is not to your liking. You can request a refund during those first 5 minutes only. Hecate Tarot will notify you that the “grace period” is about to end, and you will have the choice to proceed or not with the reading. If you decide to continue with your reading after the “grace period”, we assume that you are satisfied, and we are thereafter unable to rectify any potential complaint retrospectively.
- Hecate Tarot reserves the right to end the reading and refund the client in full if the spiritual connection is absent at the time of the consultation.
- Cancelling or rescheduling an online Tarot consultation: Please kindly give as much advance notice as possible in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a Tarot consultation. Please note that your fee will not be reimbursed in the event of a same-day cancellation.
- Cancellation or rescheduling a face-to-face Tarot consultation: Please kindly notify HecateTarotUK@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your face-to-face appointment so as to avoid any potential late cancellation fees. Those cancellation fees may vary depending on the consultation room booked by Hecate Tarot for your reading. You will be refunded your consultation fee, minus any such cancellation charges. Please kindly note that the consultation fee is not reimbursable in the event of same-day cancellation or no-show, and that Kyera may not be able to read for the full booked duration if you arrive late for your appointment. Therefore, please allow sufficient travelling time and check your travel arrangements in advance. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Code of ethics: a) Hecate Tarot treats all her clients with deep empathy, honesty and integrity. She recommends at least 3 months in-between readings and does not condone any addictive or gaming behaviours. b) Please kindly note that Hecate Tarot cannot advise on specific health matters, financial and/or legal issues, and will not conduct readings on those topics. c) Hecate Tarot does not conduct readings for any querent who is younger than 18 years of age. If you are lucky enough to look very youthful, photo ID may be required before the reading can proceed. And d) Hecate Tarot does not claim to be clairvoyant and/or psychic. She views the Tarot as a tool for self-development and personal reflection, and she reads the cards intuitively, depending on the nature of the query, the position of the cards and the exchange of energies with the client.
- Data protection & marketing lists: By proceeding with a reading, it is assumed that the client consents to the use of their email address, first name, picture and other personal information for the purpose of readings/Tarot lessons only. Your details will not be passed on to any third party. Hecate Tarot takes all necessary and reasonable precautions, to the best of her ability, to safeguard the confidentiality of her clients’ data. If you wish to unsubscribe from Hecate Tarot mailing list, simply email HecateTarotUK@gmail.com with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the title of the email. Your email address, along with any other personal information, will then be safely and permanently deleted from Hecate Tarot’s systems.
- Workshops & Courses: Kyera aims to make her workshops & courses a fun and pleasant experience for all. She reserves the right to exclude from the workshop any student who displays aggressive or discourteous behaviour.
- By proceeding with a reading or by attending a course/workshop, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accept these Terms & Conditions, and that the client releases Kyera Starr and Hecate Tarot of any and all liability/responsibility for any direct, indirect or incidental effect arising from the consultation/course/workshop with her.
